Reader corrections are the main reason the adult web traffic comparison and everything around it stays accurate. Network terms change quarterly, statutes take effect and get enjoined, and a page that was right in May can be wrong by August. If you can see something inside your own advertiser account that contradicts what is published here, that information is more current than ours and we want it.

Who is behind the addresses below is set out on the about page. Four addresses cover different kinds of enquiry. Using the right one is faster, because corrections are handled ahead of everything else.

Corrections and editorial

[email protected]

For factual errors, outdated figures, broken sources and questions about how a conclusion was reached. Include the page address, the specific figure and a link to the current source — a network help-centre article, a payment page, or a screenshot of the account interface all work. Corrections are made on the page itself and the verification date is updated with them. Pages are never edited in silence. Turnaround is usually a few working days.

Also use this address for questions about method: which sources were used for a table, why a cell is empty, or why a figure was excluded. The person answering is described on the author page, and the rules he works to are on the editorial policy page. The rules those decisions follow are on the verification standards page.

General enquiries

[email protected]

Everything that is not a correction goes here: suggestions for topics, questions about material published here, or press enquiries. If you are writing about this subject and want to cite something published here, this is the address to use.

Partnerships and advertising

[email protected]

Advertising networks, affiliate managers and agencies write here. Before doing so, please read what is not available: positions in comparison tables are not for sale, additional networks are not added in exchange for payment, and documented limitations are not removed on request. The existing commercial relationship and its limits are described in full on the editorial policy page.

If your published terms have changed, a link to your own documentation moves faster than an email describing the change, because pages here are updated from primary sources, and an email is not one.

Privacy and data requests

[email protected]

Questions about server log data, requests for access to or deletion of data associated with your visits, and anything covered by the privacy policy. Requests are acknowledged within 72 hours and handled within 30 days.

What this site cannot help with

Account problems on an advertising network. This site is not an advertising network. It cannot check a balance, release a payment, unblock an account, review a rejected creative or explain why a campaign was paused. Those questions go to the network's own support, which for most platforms in this market runs through a personal manager or a live chat channel.

Disputes with a platform. If you believe a network has withheld funds or acted improperly, this site has no standing to intervene. Escalate through the platform's support, then through the payment method used, and where a regulatory angle exists, through the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.

Legal advice. Compliance material here describes what statutes and card-scheme rules say and when they took effect. It is not advice about your specific exposure, and no reply to an email will be. A business making decisions about age assurance, record-keeping or merchant registration should take advice from a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

Reports of illegal material. Do not send them here. The correct reporting channels are listed on the advertising standards page and reach organisations that can act.

Response times

Use of the site is governed by the terms and conditions. This is a one-person site rather than a newsroom. Corrections are prioritised and usually handled within a few working days. Other enquiries are answered when time allows, and partnership enquiries that ignore what is stated above generally are not.
